These Terms govern your access to imagemint.ai and the ImageMint Photo AI service — background removal, photo restoration, AI upscaling, and image enhancement. The service is operated by BestFab Software Limited, RM B, 16/F, Eubank Plaza, 9 Chiu Lung St, Central, Hong Kong 999077. By using the site or any tool on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
1. Using the service
You may upload images for AI processing. You are responsible for what you upload — only submit content you own or have explicit rights to process. Use of the service must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction, including copyright, privacy, and image-rights law. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; planned maintenance, regional outages, or capacity throttling may occur without notice.
2. Your content stays yours
Files you upload remain entirely your property. We process them only to deliver the AI operation you requested, and they are auto-deleted from our servers within 24 hours unless you explicitly save the result to your Workspace. We do not use uploaded images to train our public AI models, and we do not share them with third parties for advertising. 3. Intellectual property
The website, software, AI model architectures, and trained model weights powering ImageMint Photo AI are owned by BestFab Software Limited and protected under applicable copyright law and international treaties. You may not copy, mirror, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or build a competing product on top of the service without prior written consent. "ImageMint" and "imagemint.ai" are trademarks of BestFab Software Limited.
4. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI output quality varies with input quality and is not guaranteed for any specific commercial result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestFab Software Limited is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
5. Changes, contact, and governing law
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Material changes are posted here with a new effective date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions?
