License Agreement

Read this License Agreement before using imagemint.ai. This is a legal agreement between you and imagemint.ai, a service operated by BestFab Software Limited, RM B, 16/F, Eubank Plaza, 9 Chiu Lung St, Central, Hong Kong 999077. By accessing or using the service, you accept all terms below. If you do not accept, please stop using the service.

Subject to your active plan and these terms, BestFab Software Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the ImageMint Photo AI service — including background removal, photo restoration, AI upscaling, and enhancement — for the duration of your subscription, or indefinitely under the lifetime plan. A free tier with daily usage quotas may be available; sustained or larger-scale use requires a paid plan.

You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer your account or subscription without prior written consent. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or attempt to extract the source code, model weights, or training data behind any imagemint.ai service. You may not operate the service as a facility-management, time-sharing, service provider, or service-bureau arrangement, nor build a competing product on top of it.

imagemint.ai is licensed, not sold. You may upload only content you own or have a clear right to process. You may use the output for any lawful personal or business purpose. You may not use the service to process content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, sexual content involving minors, or designed to deceive — including non-consensual intimate imagery and political deepfakes. Accounts that violate these restrictions will be suspended and, where appropriate, reported to authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BestFab Software Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — including lost profits, lost savings, lost data, business interruption, or AI output that does not meet a specific commercial purpose. AI quality varies with input quality and is not guaranteed. Nothing in this License limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

If any clause is held void or unenforceable, the remainder of this License remains in effect. This License may be modified only in writing, signed by an authorized representative of BestFab Software Limited. Service updates may be issued under additional or different terms; BestFab Software Limited is under no obligation to provide updates.

This License is the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersedes any prior representations, undertakings, or advertising. You acknowledge that in entering into this License you have not relied on any statement, representation, advertising, assurance, or warranty other than as expressly stated here. BestFab Software Limited may transfer or assign its rights or obligations under this License. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Copyright in all materials within the imagemint.ai website and service — including page structure and design, images, software, trained AI model weights, and all other proprietary content — is owned by BestFab Software Limited. Duplication, reproduction, mirroring on third-party servers, or any other form of unauthorized use is prohibited without prior written permission. BestFab Software Limited reserves all rights to enforce this through legal action.
