Subscription billing and cancellation
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Turn off auto-renewal in your account settings at any time — your access continues until the period you have paid for ends, and no further charge will apply. We do not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a renewed term.
The lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies equally to lifetime purchases.
When refunds apply
Refunds are available within 30 days of your initial purchase, regardless of plan type. Refunds cannot be issued once a subscription has been renewed (the renewal counts as a new billing cycle), nor when an account has consumed a substantial volume of processing jobs that exceeds normal fair use within those 30 days.
