1. What we collect
At ImageMint, your photos and your privacy are not collateral. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what we collect when you use the service, how we use it, and what we do not do with it.
We collect only what we need to run the service — and we tell you what that is.
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. For paid plans, payment is processed by Stripe; we receive a Stripe customer ID and the last four digits of your card for billing display. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Photos and usage data
When you upload a photo, it sits on our servers only long enough to run the AI operation you requested, and is automatically deleted within 24 hours unless you explicitly save the result to your Workspace. We log basic usage metrics (which tool, processing duration, image dimensions) for billing and quota enforcement. We do not use your uploaded photos to train any public AI model.
How your data is protected
Photos and account data are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Access is limited to authorized engineers solving incidents. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, ever — there is no second business model behind this product.
2. How we use what we collect
- To run the AI tool you just clicked, and return the result.
- To process payments, manage your subscription or lifetime license, and email you billing notices.
- To send security alerts, account recovery emails, and (rare) service announcements you can opt out of.
- To investigate abuse — illegal content, denial-of-service, account takeover — and improve reliability.
3. Your rights and choices
You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time from Account Settings. You can opt out of marketing emails with one click in any message we send. EU and UK residents may exercise GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection); California residents may exercise CCPA rights. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
